Stephanie Smith Moon
CHIEF EXECUTIVE DIRECTORStephanie Smith Moon is a dedicated wellness practitioner, educator, and advocate for the military and veteran community, serving as a vital force behind the R3CON Initiative. With over 22 years of experience as a military spouse, Stephanie has developed a deep, firsthand understanding of the challenges service members and their families face—particularly the lasting impact of unresolved trauma during and after military service.
Driven by these insights, Stephanie transitioned from a successful career as an entrepreneur into the field of integrative wellness, where she now specializes in trauma-informed care. She is an Experienced yoga teacher with over 20 years serving the military population and their families. An iREST® Yoga Nidra certified teacher, Warriors at Ease teacher, and Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant. She blends ancient healing traditions with modern, neuroscience-based approaches.
She has worked directly with veteran organizations, delivering data-informed, holistic modalities tailored to the unique needs of active-duty service members, veterans, and their families.
At the core of her work with R3CON Initiative is a shared mission: to Resolve trauma, Rebuild identity, and Restore purpose. Stephanie’s passion for mind-body healing and her commitment to service align seamlessly with R3CON’s vision of bridging the gap between military and civilian life. Through both pre-separation education and post-service retreats, she helps empower participants and her TEAM with practical tools for reintegration, growth, and lifelong transformation.
Brynn Rangel, MBA, BCBA, LBA.
CHIEF CLINICAL DIRECTORBrynn Rangel has had the privilege of serving individuals and families affected by trauma since 2005. Her work includes providing therapeutic services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human sex-trafficking, addiction, adverse childhood experiences, and communities impacted by collective and cultural trauma. She partners with individuals from early childhood through adulthood to promote meaningful healing and trauma resolution.
Throughout her career, Brynn has worked with multiple nonprofit organizations dedicated to supporting veterans and their families, offering trauma-informed services designed to meet the unique needs of those who have served. As a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst and Trauma Resolution Specialist, she is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and The Cortina Method™ (TCM), approaches that support rapid, effective healing of trauma and distress.
Brynn truly believes it is an honor and a privilege to come alongside others on their healing journeys, helping each person access what matters most to them and reach their full potential.
Chelsea Bradford
CHIEF OF OPERATIONS & PROGRAM DEVELOPMENTAs Chief of Operations and Program Development, Chelsea Bradford has spent more than a decade serving the veteran community in diverse capacities. Her expertise lies in supporting families through the transition from military to civilian life, with a specific focus on therapeutic settings that address the nuances of PTSD and TBI. Chelsea is a dedicated educator who creates inclusive environments where families can grow, heal, and adapt to change. Working alongside clinicians, she develops trauma-informed programs that provide military families with the essential skills to overcome challenges. For Chelsea, serving active-duty and veteran families is a profound honor, and she remains steadfast in her commitment to providing the resources needed for lifelong stability and growth.

Alyssabeth Knerr, MBA, MFA.
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICERAs Chief Marketing Officer, Alyssabeth combines her expertise in marketing for nonprofits and small businesses, with her background in guiding trauma-informed yoga for the military community, and her experience teaching in higher education.
She is a military spouse, 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Warriors at Ease Certified Teacher, iREST® Level 1 Meditation Teacher, retreat leader, writer, and Certified Personal Trainer.
She is Founder of Om Your Own Way Yoga & Co-Founder of Empowered Soul Retreats. Alyssabeth brings over a decade of diverse professional experience across industries, including in fitness and holistic wellness, hospitality and higher education: including 5 years of experience guiding trauma-informed yoga and retreats to promote healing and post-traumatic growth for the military community.
Mimi Lee
HEAD OF HOLISTIC HEALINGMimi has worked closely with the military for 10 years as an overseas contractor. In 2011 she began her yoga practice and fell in love with all of the physical and mental benefits that it created within her own life, as well as the lives of the military community around her.
She is Founder of Mimi Lee Yogi a & Co-Founder of Empowered Soul Retreats.
When she returned stateside, she decided to pursue a YTT certification; she completed her 200-RYT Yoga Alliance Certification through The American Yoga Academy in 2019. She is currently on a journey to expand her knowledge, by working towards her 300 Hour Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training. Mimi is dedicated to sharing pranayama, movement and mindfulness with diverse and underserved communities in order to improve their overall health and wellbeing.
